Feeling frustrated coz plans dont work out!!! and feeling helpless

Just as in the story of Gideon
To give gideon courage God asked him to go
in the night to the enemy's camp
to hear about what the enemies were talking about

Opera Day

opera day( opera is one of the famous web browsers today..go to www.opera.com.)


I have started to write this at 9:30pm in the night on 13th of august When i just heard that i got selected in the Final Interview call for Opera placement..

The amazing thing is that I DONT KNOW A BIT OF WEB TECHNOLOGIES!!!!

AND ALL THEY ASKED IN THE QUESTION PAPER WAS ABOUT WEB TECHNOLOGIES...
I Just put what seemed logical to me at that time...

But first of all i got selected in written , i was one of the 41 who get selected
and many people who had good knowledge of web technologies got filtered!!!

I was shocked and i praised the Lord for that...coz it was unbelievable...
The results for this were announced at 3pm and now there was a written coding test of Html
on the computer for the 41 people...
i sat there without even knowing what is a Javascript or basics of
web technologies!!!!

And i left many blanks and all i did was boast about my Project which God made me create
which he helped to win 2 prizes at national level at IIT Roorkee and DCE...


In the End it was a shock that i was one of the final 13 who got selected!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well tht was WOAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont know but people who have done all their projects all the semesters in college got filtered!!!!!!

But God put me there!!!
Out of his grace and Love...Mercy!!!!

How Wonderful and beautiful is the Lord God...tht he cares for me...

He chose to get me selected in the Worst of situations....Infact OPERA WAS RECRUITING FOR THE FIRST TIME FRESHERS IN ITS COMPANY!!!
AND I WAS ONE OF THEM WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING ABC's of web technologies...
Praise the Lord...

This is what the Lord gave me as i was going to the interview..

Im Continuing after the line after giving my interview..
i went to the interview and there before was 3 people panel and 2 people on web conferencing from Norway...

They asked me to give an introduction...i continued telling about myself and slowly shifted to the project
which i did thts Freehand Sketch Recognition...and explained a little about the project..

A little later i gave them the concept of new scrolling which i God told me one night before Opera came...
It was the scrolling by drawing spiral...Bigger the Spiral..Bigger the Jump...Smaller the spiral..Smaller the jump..
So this should reduce the amount scrolling we need to do on a long webpage...

Praise the Lord...bcoz of tht i was able to write a question in the written where they asked us to provide a
new concept for web browsers...
And i was able to write it there...and in the interview i got a chance to put it up...



ILL START FROM THE BEGINNING!!!

In the morning was written interview...of which they asked 20 questions from each section of Javascript/EMACSCRIPT,
PHP/Perl,HTML/XHTML,CSS,Internet/WWW,IT,Web Browsers..

And i just did HTML in my first year at college and havent even seen it since then!!!!

But i Got through the first written ...about 41 of them got selected!!!!
And i was one of them....Many good people got filtered who even had knowledge of PHp stuff and created Web stuff!!!!

And for these 41 there was second written exam of HTML coding and as well as answer things about AJax,etc...

AS i dint work upon these technologies...i wrote this in the answer that"I havent worked upon these technologies but
i have developed an award winning user interface project.."

And there were questions as to what project have you made in College...
and What awards have you obtianed...i ve wrote all abt IIT Roorkee and DCE!!!!!!!!

This was all i wrote..!!!
AND IN THE END FOR THE FINAL INTERVIEW CALL LIST FROM THT 41...we were told that the papers were reviewed by OPera people at Norway!!!
And from tht 41...they selected 13, AND I WAS THE FOURTH IN THAT LIST!!!!!!!!


CAN U EVEN BELIEVE THE PERSON WHO DINT KNEW A THING ABT WEB TECHNOLOGIES IS HERE AT 4th Postion ...First from my campus!!
And in the interview all they asked was abt project...

They asked me where do u see 2 years from now!!!
I told them developing a rich user interface...

What are your weaknesses??
Tht i cant deny help to people even if it hurts me...

Shifting from Java to JAvascript???Any problem
Im not Java oriented....Im concept oriented and to realize tht i would use any available technologies which best serve my purpose!!!

It was beautiful to see the way the Holy Spirit was providing me points..and i was able to give a smooth flow of words..

I even dint have to wait at all for my interview...God made reach exactly in time and comfortably sit a while and talk to God before i go into the interview..

And i Thanked God for not raining as it was raining...it was 11pm in the night!!!

And to see that the verse which i got a day before that NUMEROUS ARE YOUR THOUGHTS O GOD AS NUMEROUS AS THE SANDS OF THE SEA!!!

And now i understand wht the pslamist meant by tht...

I was feeling little bad but i knew the promise God made to me was that he will keep me in a company which is known for its production...

And i dont know which one but im sure he has best of things planned for me and so i thank God for that!!!!!

And as i was feeling dejected...and i looked to at my Bible which was on my Bed and God showed me this verse which i underlined and put a star mark
that is ...from psalm 34:18..the beauty

Isnt it beautiful how the Lord talks...I asked God this the moment i heard the result tht i was not selected that

As i was crying in happiness when i was watching my favourite scene

I started to cry as i was looking at the Love the Lord poured in..
And then suddenly one of the bottle on the table
fell down on my Bible
and as it was just about to fall on it...i was able to catch it and
then i saw what was the verse at the point of it falling down!!!

God hepled me picturize it as a talk between a Father with his little Child
And say that Do not worry My Son...For Papa is with you...

EVERYTHING WE NEED

LIFE AND GODLINESS**=>God knows what u need in Ur life and also that u need to have his presence in your life and he is going to give you ample things for you to fulfill...for the birds do not have dearth...they have enough to eat...he created it that way.
Jesus says they have just as enough food as we have by storing food in barns...
Birds JUST TRUST IN GOD FOR FOOD AND HE PROVIDES....He made them tht way...they Just depend on him ...no choice!!!
But we have choice either...we can be foolish enough to think we can fulfill our own needs
ORRRRRR
Just Leave everything on God for we know HE CARES!!!!!!

HIS(His very own, from out of his heart...OUT OF THE HEART OF GOD!! Imagine HEART OF A GOD-THE MOST PERFECT PERSON EVER)
VERY GREAT AND PRECIOUS PROMISES( wow....if God means the word precious ...can we even think of how much care he is going to take to make these precious promises come true!!!)

God sees nothing as difficult

God sees everything as beautiful
God sees everyone as the most beautiful delicate petals of the most beautiful flower
God sees the pain of his loved ones.
God sees our deepest desires.
God sees our heart and its motives
God sees our sin and cries for tht(John 11:35...Jesus dint cry for lazarus...he cried bcoz ppl were still
so unbelieving that even after they see all the miracles Jesus did..they couldnt understand tht he can do
things they can never even dream of !!!!

God sees us that when we are in sin ..we are just like wounded from head to toe...

See the way God described as seeing us...
Lets analyze deeper....""YOUR WHOLE HEAD""..Head represents the one in control of our entrire BOdy...
its like the MAIN CONTROL SYSTEM...God finds tht itself as sick...bcoz of the SICK THOUGHTS>>>WE ALLOW IN OUR MIND
And About our heart he sees as aching ...bcoz he made it so perfect to house him but we have been harbouring every
stupid thought in our hearts and since heart was not meant for tht...OUR HEART ACHES TO HARBOUR STUPID THINGS IN IT PLACE MEANT FOR THE KING OF KINGS!!

Imagine the most horribly afflicted person you ever saw in your life...
WIth wounds and open sores....remember tht ghastly picture!!!
Thts how God sees us!!
How does a wound not bandaged or cleaned look like!!

God sees our health
God sees our emotions
God sees when we cry
God sees us when we are happy
God sees us when are in need
God sees when we desire something
God sees us when we pray

Im feeling so pathetic..
After all this....i mean God revealed me sooooooooooooo beautiful things i could ever imagine...i feel so pathetic as to
HOW DID I ALLOW THE DEVIL TO FOOL ME SO MUCH!!!!! AND BLIND ME!!!!!

Today i cried a lot....as i was getting scared i wouldnt end up with God after all this...
bcoz if this goes on...the devil will overpower me anytime..and then i would get lostt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then i closed my eyes and imagined tht if i wouldnt have these eyes...WOuldnt it be great coz i can always imagine God!!!!!!!!
All i can Imagine is God and me!!!!!!

I told God this!!"""""God you know if i would end up with you or not in the END for eternity""" and so i asked him
if any of my body parts acts as a hindrance in my relationship with you...i told him God i cant do it myself but u
remove them!!!

Mainly i was talking abt removing my eyes...coz all i wanted was to see him and not the corruption of the world...

AS i cried as to how much these eyes see corrupted things!!!!!!!! and devil was using my eyes!!!!! and in how many clever ways it was always deceiving me one way or the other!!!

Then God told me ""Do u have any idea how much i cry seeing the corruption of the perfect world i created!!!!

All i did was to love it and now i have to see my own creation inolving in ghastly improper acts...""

NOW i understood yesterday i asked God to help see things like he sees...

Today God really put wht goes through the mind of a Blind man....
AS i so desperately crying and asking God to pluck out my eyes...

Then i opened my eyes and realized tht as to How beautifully our eyes were designed to SOOOOOOOOOOOOO many billion variations of
colours all around us...

As i tried to look around my room and see how my eye was able to perceive all these infinitical combinations of color...

And so i God wanted me to dedicate my eyes for him and in case if i see something bad...i pray the Holy SPirit would just
make me remmeber who these eyes belong to or just blur wht is bad tht my eyes cant see or wont concentrate!!!

He made our eyes sooooo perfect so that we can see the perfect blend of the creator's creation...
not the crap tht we humans create and want to see out of the evil desires of our filthy hearts!!!

AND ULTIMATELY HE WANTS US TO SEE HIM NOT THE FILTHY WORLD WHICH WE HAVE AROUND US!!!!!!

So lets dedicate all our body parts and pray for each of them separately to be used for GOD'S GLORY ONLYYYYYYYY......

which i was going through exactly in words....And its where you are talking to the devil...
and as we desperately shout at it and express the pain we go through after foolishly submitting us to it!!!!

This is how any drug addicted person would feel..he knows it is wrong...but couldnt stop it!!!!!!

Actually after teaching me some things from his word...i thought of doing some surfing..
But net was not coming...

God knew tht i would deviate if i go surfing....So he told just sit and study your subjects..
